一、氫氧化鉀的腐蝕特性:

平均腐蝕是氫氧化鉀工業(yè)消費設備常見的腐蝕形態(tài)之一,是電化學腐蝕的根本形態(tài),在全部暴露于介質(zhì)中的外表上平均停止,金屬平均減薄,重量逐漸減輕。

磨損腐蝕是由于腐蝕流體和金屬外表的相對運動,惹起金屬的加速毀壞現(xiàn)象,它是腐蝕和磨損、化學作用和機械作用共同或交替停止的結果,其腐蝕劇烈水平遠超越單一的腐蝕過程。消費中流體通常是氣、液、固多相并存,在純堿廠呈現(xiàn)的腐蝕常見為沖刷腐蝕、沖擊腐蝕、空泡腐蝕等類型。
Wear corrosion is caused by the relative movement of corrosion fluid and metal surface, which leads to the accelerated destruction of metal. Erosion corrosion, also known as inlet pipe corrosion, is mainly concentrated at the inlet end of heat exchange tube.
